Most weather APIs treat Japan as an afterthought. This server speaks JMA natively: prefecture-level forecast zones, official warning classifications (大雨警報, 洪水警報…), and real-time earthquake reports — the data Japanese businesses actually act on.

3-day forecast + weekly outlook for any prefecture/forecast zone: weather, wind, temperatures, precipitation probability. Accepts natural Japanese area names (東京都, 大阪府, 沖縄本島地方).

get_weather_warnings

Currently active official warnings and advisories by municipality — the exact classifications (warning/advisory/emergency warning) used for business continuity, event, and logistics decisions in Japan.

get_recent_earthquakes

Latest observed earthquakes: time, epicenter, magnitude, and JMA seismic intensity (震度) — the scale that matters in Japan.
