Microsoft Ad Library Scraper

Scrape public ads from the Microsoft Ad Library using the official Ad Library API. Search by keyword or advertiser ID, filter by date range and EEA country, and optionally expand per-ad details such as impression ranges, country share, and targeting.

Note: The Ad Library covers ads served in the EU / EEA (transparency / compliance data), not global Bing Ads performance reports.

Detail fields (startDate, totalImpressionsRange, etc.) are populated only when includeAdDetails is true.
