What It Does

1. Discovers: Crawls public Nigerian procurement sources (budget.gov.ng, state portals, tender boards)
2. Extracts: Uses your chosen LLM (Gemini, OpenAI, Claude, Cohere) to intelligently parse unstructured procurement notices into structured data (title, buyer, category, location, deadline, contract value, requirements)
3. Matches: Compares each opportunity against your SME profile (industry, location, capacity) with a rule-based scoring system
4. Explains: Shows the match score and the basis for the decision (industry match? location match? capacity check?)
