Existing saved tasks, schedules and API integrations keep working without changes.
- Base price cut by 50% to $2.50 per 1,000 results (plus subscriber discounts).
- Phone numbers are now an optional add-on, charged only when a number is found. The total never exceeds the previous price.
- Switch phone extraction off (
"extractPhoneNumber": false) to pay the base rate only. Saved tasks that never set this option keep receiving numbers, as before.
- "Private sellers only" now means private sellers only. Subito's own "Privati" filter also includes some professionals. The Actor now leaves them out, so runs with
onlyPrivate may return slightly fewer listings: the ones left out come from professionals.
- Phone numbers are looked up for private sellers only. For agency data, use the Subito Company Scraper.
- New optional
flat output format: one level, easier to use in spreadsheets and integrations. Choose it with "resultFormat": "flat".
flat adds phone_extraction_status, which explains why a number is present or missing.
- The original
legacy format is unchanged and stays the format for inputs that do not set resultFormat.
- Image URLs now load: they previously pointed at an address Subito's image server rejects. This is the only change to
legacy values; its fields and structure are unchanged.
- The Output tab in Apify Console now shows the columns in the documented order, with a separate view for the
legacy format.
- Single listing URLs now follow the chosen result format and count towards the result limit. Their
legacy output no longer includes the seo_title field.
- A run whose start URLs are all invalid now fails with a clear message, instead of finishing with an empty dataset.
- Any Subito.it URL is now accepted as a start URL (single listings ending in
.htm, everything else as a search), and URLs from other sites are skipped with a clear message.
- A page that fails after several attempts is reported in the log instead of adding a
#debug row to the results, so the dataset contains listings only and you are no longer charged for those rows.
- The run's status message tells you when a published phone number was skipped because extraction was off.
