I wanted to get 300 results, but was only returned 25. On top of that, the category I searched: https://www.capterra.com/services/ppc/, has over 1000+ providers.

You can simply tweak your search request on Capterra and copy/paste the URL into the Start URL. Otherwise, that is not possible.
