Crawling not working for many URLs

Hi, recently crawling is not working properly for many valid links. This link for example: https://www.tripadvisor.com/Hotel_Review-g41162-d93662-Reviews-Extended_Stay_America_Washington_D_C_Germantown_Milestone-Germantown_Montgomery_County_Ma.html should return non-empty results, but the crawler succeeds with no results for some reason.
The logs show everything is working fine and is successful, but there are no results returned.
I tried many times and have proxies enabled as well.
