Eventbrite Event Details Scraper: full data for any Eventbrite event URL or ID

Eventbrite Event Details Scraper turns a list of Eventbrite event URLs or IDs into a spreadsheet. Each row has the event's dates, category, format, ticket price range and availability. Turn on enriched mode to add the full HTML description, organizer stats, venue with coordinates, discounts, refund policy, FAQs and gallery. It is for analysts, sponsors, venues and anyone who already has a list of events and needs the details.

  • Batch mode for speed. Fast mode fetches up to 50 events per request.
  • Enriched mode for depth. Adds descriptionHtml, organizer, venue, discounts, goodToKnow, gallery, refundPolicy and ageRestriction.
  • URLs or IDs, mixed. Paste event URLs, numeric IDs or both. Duplicates are removed.
  • Bad input is reported. An entry that can't be parsed gets its own row with an error field instead of being dropped silently.
  • No Eventbrite account. No login or key. Export to JSON, CSV, Excel or Google Sheets. See the Pricing tab for current prices.

Scope: This Actor needs the events up front. To find events by keyword, city, category or date, use Eventbrite Scraper. It covers Eventbrite only. For Meetup, see Meetup Events Scraper.

Output

Every row is one event. Fast mode returns the baseline fields. Enriched mode returns those plus the extra ones below. Example of an enriched row (shortened):

{
"id": "128884694591",
"name": "Virtual January 8, 15, 22, 29 Write to Change the World Series",
"url": "https://www.eventbrite.com/e/...-tickets-128884694591",

"maximumPrice": { "currency": "USD", "value": 5301 },
"hasAvailableTickets": true,

},

"venue": { "id": "...", "name": "...", "address": "...", "latitude": 0, "longitude": 0 },
"discounts": { "hasBogoTickets": false, "hasEarlyBirdTickets": false, "openDiscount": null },
"gallery": { "images": [{ "id": "...", "originalUrl": "...", "landscapeUrl": "...", "squareUrl": "..." }], "videos": [] }
}

Example values are illustrative. Field names come from the Actor's output.

Fast mode fields: id, name, url, summary, status, isOnlineEvent, timezone, startDate, startDateUtc, endDate, endDateUtc, currency, isFree, category, format, language, privacySetting, organizerId, venueId, seriesId, imageId, ticketsUrl, ticketsBy, checkoutFlow, published, createdAt, updatedAt, descriptionText, descriptionHtml, eventSalesStatus, ticketAvailability, urgencySignals.

Enriched mode adds: eventSalesStatusMessageCode, organizationId, isListed, isProtectedEvent, ageRestriction, refundPolicy, organizer, venue, discounts, goodToKnow, gallery.

Notes:

  • Ticket prices in ticketAvailability are { currency, value } objects, where value is in minor units (cents). Divide by 100 for USD. This differs from Eventbrite Scraper, which returns decimal prices.
  • Fields Eventbrite doesn't provide are null. If the enriched request fails for an event, you get the fast-mode fields for it.
  • An input that isn't a valid URL or ID produces a row with id: null, error and rawInput.

Track Eventbrite over time with scheduled runs

Run the same list of event URLs or IDs again and compare. Apify can run the Actor on a schedule and send the results wherever you need them.

1. Save your input as a task

Open the Actor, set your input, then click Save as a new task. A task is a saved input you can run again with one click or on a schedule.

2. Schedule the task

In Apify Console, go to Schedules, click Create new, choose how often to run, and add your task. See Schedules and How to create a schedule.

Watch how to schedule an Actor:

3. Send the results to a spreadsheet

Connect Google in the task's Integrations tab to save every run to Google Sheets or Google Drive automatically:

4. Compare runs

  • Sales changes: track eventSalesStatus, ticketAvailability.isSoldOut and hasAvailableTickets per id.
  • Price changes: compare ticketAvailability.minimumPrice.value and maximumPrice.value per id.
  • Edits: updatedAt shows when an organizer last changed an event.
  • Organizer growth (enriched mode): organizer.numFollowers and organizer.numEvents over time.

FAQ

How many events can I process in one run?

There is no fixed cap. Fast mode batches 50 IDs per request. Enriched mode fetches each event separately, so large lists take longer.

What is the difference between fast and enriched mode?

Fast mode gives baseline data in few requests. Enriched mode adds a request per event for description, organizer stats, venue, discounts, FAQs and gallery.

Why is an event missing from the results?

Eventbrite may not return it, for example if it was deleted or is private. Check the run log.

Do I need a login, key or proxy?

No.

Is there an official Eventbrite API?

Yes, but it needs an app registration and OAuth. This Actor needs neither.

It collects event information that Eventbrite shows publicly. Organizer data can be personal data, so follow the privacy rules that apply to you.

How do I find events first?

Use Eventbrite Scraper to search by keyword, city, category, date and price, then pass the URLs here.

Cost

You pay for Actor runs on the Apify platform. See the Pricing tab for the current price. Enriched mode takes longer per event than fast mode.
