LeadSeer — Website-less Business Finder

Find local businesses that have no website (or only a social page) — anywhere in the world — as leads for web design, hosting, and digital-marketing services. You bring your own Google Places API key; the results are delivered to your own dataset, ranked by how worth-pursuing they are.

How it works

For each business type × location you give it, LeadSeer runs a deep Google Places search and keeps only the businesses that:

• are operational and have a phone number (a real, contactable business),
• have no website — or only a social page (Facebook/Instagram-only), which are often the warmest leads,
• pass your optional minimum reviews / rating filters.

Each lead is scored (demand × quality) so the busiest businesses with no web presence rise to the top — the easiest pitch you'll make.

⚠️ You bring your own Google Places API key — and here's exactly why

This actor does not include a Google API key, and it never will. You supply your own key (with Places API (New) enabled), and that is deliberate and important:

• You are the Google Maps Platform customer for these searches. Your key makes the calls, against your own Google Cloud project and billing.
• The results go to your Apify dataset, under your account. F-Keys does not receive, retain, cache, or resell your results or any Google data. This tool is the software that runs your search on your key; it is not a data provider.
• You are responsible for using the results in accordance with the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service. In particular, Google's terms restrict caching, storing, and redistributing their content — so treat the leads as your own research for your own outreach, not as a dataset to resell.

If you don't have a key: enable Places API (New) in a Google Cloud project (billing required; there's a generous monthly free tier), create an API key, and restrict it to Places API. Then paste it into placesApiKey.

web_status is no website or social: <url>.

Pricing

Pay-per-event: charged per lead returned. Note you also pay Google directly for your own Places API usage (your key, your billing) and Apify for compute — LeadSeer's fee is only for the leads it surfaces.

Notes & limits

• The website-less businesses are a minority of results, so LeadSeer paginates deep (the top results are the prominent businesses, which tend to have sites). Yield varies by market and trade.
• Google Places relative to any single town can bleed slightly into adjacent areas.
• Compliance is the user's responsibility. LeadSeer is a research tool that runs your search on your key; how you use the output is governed by Google's terms and applicable law in your jurisdiction. See the key section above.
