Export public Google Hotels search results for destinations, stay dates, and guest counts. Get one hotel per dataset row with displayed prices, ratings, review counts, amenities, images, and Google Travel links for spreadsheets, databases, and travel workflows. Public property details and booking offers are optional. Unavailable fields stay empty.
Quick start
- Choose a destination and check-in/check-out dates that are not in the past.
- Paste this small input and run the Actor. Download the dataset as CSV, Excel, or JSON when it finishes.
{"queries":["hotels in Paris"],"checkInDate":"2027-06-15","checkOutDate":"2027-06-17","maxResultsPerQuery":5,"includeDetails":false,"includeOffers":false}
Prices and optional details may be unavailable. Check priceAvailable, status, and diagnostics before comparing rows.
Prefer a video guide? This short Apify walkthrough shows you how to set up and run an Actor. It uses a different Actor, but the setup steps are the same.
Ready-to-run examples
Choose a public example to see its settings before starting a run:
What you get
One hotel row for each saved unique property within a query, with stay and guest context, available displayed nightly prices, ratings, amenities, image links and Google Travel identity. Optional public details or booking offers can be missing. Total-price and description fields remain null as documented below.
Who is it for?
Hotel revenue managers, travel agencies, travel-tech builders, destination analysts and accommodation pricing teams can use this Actor for repeatable destination/date observations.
How you can use the data
- Prepare a Paris stay-date snapshot. Use the existing Paris recipe with exact dates and a small per-query cap. Keep propertyToken, query, stay dates, guest counts and scrapedAt together before comparing hotel records.
- Compare destination samples downstream. Use the existing New York and Eiffel Tower queries, then group exported rows by query. Keep requestedCurrency and actual currency separate because Google can display another currency. This is not a complete inventory or live booking quote.
- Review a budget-and-rating shortlist carefully. Apply the supported price and minimum-rating filters, then inspect priceAvailable and missing fields. Unknown prices or ratings can pass these filters, and values are compared as displayed rather than converted between currencies.
- Inspect optional public offers and diagnostics. Enable enrichment only when needed and retain Google Travel links with available vendor offers. Check detailStatus, status and diagnostics before comparing partial rows, without inferring a total stay price or complete booking availability.

Output data
Illustrative shape only, not a real hotel or observed price:
{"query": "hotels in New York","checkInDate": "2027-06-15","checkOutDate": "2027-06-17","adults": 2,"childrenAges": [],"requestedCurrency": "USD","currency": "USD","language": "en","country": "US","hotelName": "Example Hotel","propertyToken": "example-token","googleTravelUrl": "https://www.google.com/travel/hotels/entity/example-token","propertyType": "hotel","description": null,"address": null,"latitude": null,"longitude": null,"hotelClass": 4,"rating": 4.4,"reviewCount": 1280,"locationRating": null,"pricePerNight": 219,"pricePerNightDisplay": "$219","totalPrice": null,"totalPriceDisplay": null,"priceAvailable": true,"amenities": ["Pool", "Free Wi-Fi"],"images": ["https://example.com/hotel.jpg"],"checkInTime": null,"checkOutTime": null,"ecoCertified": false,"offers": [],"detailStatus": "not_requested","status": "succeeded","diagnostics": [],"scrapedAt": "2026-09-17T12:00:00.000Z"}
Fields unavailable on a particular public result remain null or an empty array, so exports keep a stable shape.
More output fields

| Quality | Hotel class, guest rating, review count, location rating and eco-certification signal. Ratings are not full review text. |
| Rates | currency, pricePerNight, pricePerNightDisplay, priceAvailable. totalPrice and totalPriceDisplay are currently always null, including inside offers. Missing prices are not zero-price offers. |
| Property information | Amenities, image URLs and check-in/check-out times when displayed. |
| Booking offers | offers: public vendor name/icon, sponsorship status, prices and booking URL when available. |
| Status | detailStatus, status, diagnostics and scrapedAt. Inspect diagnostics before treating partial enrichment as complete. |
Download your results
Open your run's dataset, choose Export and select JSON, CSV or Excel. JSON keeps nested fields together. CSV and Excel are useful when you want to review the records in a spreadsheet.
See Apify's download and export guide for the available formats and field options.
Pricing
Pay-per-event pricing uses a run-start start charge and an item event for each hotel row successfully stored. Failed or filtered rows are not charged as results. A started run can incur its start fee even when no hotels are exported.
See the live Pricing tab for current tier-specific rates before starting a run.
Tips for best results
- Keep dates, guests and capture time with each comparison. Prices and availability change frequently.
- Compare actual display currency with requested currency. Do not combine displayed prices as though a currency request guarantees conversion.
- Check price availability before budget analysis. Missing prices are not zero-price offers and can survive filters.
- Read enrichment diagnostics. Details, coordinates or offers can be unavailable while the underlying search row remains useful.
- Start with small query batches and caps. One blocked query does not invalidate saved records from others.
Limits and caveats
Use small query batches for property details or booking offers. Processing time is bounded, so searches can return partial results and fewer rows than the per-query cap. Work stops when remaining result-charge capacity is exhausted.
No matches or completed extraction with no usable rows succeeds with an empty dataset. RUN_SUMMARY explains outcomes and incomplete queries. Systemic extraction, essential storage and billing failures still fail the run. Already-saved rows remain available from other queries.
Public fields vary by language, country, dates and consent region. Some cards lack prices, addresses, coordinates or offers. Missing values remain empty rather than inferred. Description and total-price fields, including offer totals, remain null. Search order is preserved without a sorting control.
Price and rating filters exclude rows only when the relevant value is available. Missing values can remain, and price bounds compare displayed values rather than currency-converted amounts. Inspect requested and returned currencies before combining rows.
This Actor exports public search information rather than completing bookings, accessing private accounts or collecting full review histories. Optional offers do not guarantee current booking availability. Verify source rates and conditions separately before use.
Automation and integrations
Save your settings for next time
Once you have an input that works for you, save it as an Apify task. This keeps your settings together so you can use them again without filling in the form from scratch.
Run on a schedule
Need fresh results regularly? You can schedule the Actor or a saved task to run at a time that suits you.
Each scheduled run collects the data again. If you want to compare results or highlight changes, add that step in your own workflow.
Send results to your other tools
Use n8n, Make or Zapier to connect this scraper to the rest of your workflow. For example, you could pass its results to an AI assistant or add records to a spreadsheet. Follow the Apify integration guides for your chosen tool.
For a custom connection, an Apify webhook can notify your app when a run finishes or fails. Your app can then fetch the results or handle the failure.
API usage
Want to collect this data from your own app or automation? The examples below send input to the scraper and show how to collect its results.
The Node.js and Python examples wait for the run to finish before reading its results. The cURL example starts the run and returns its details. Wait for that run to finish, then use its defaultDatasetId to fetch the results.
For setup instructions, see Apify's JavaScript client guide, Python client guide and Actor runs API reference.

MCP and AI agents
You can ask your AI assistant to collect data with Google Hotels Scraper and help you work with the results. The scraper returns the data, and your assistant can then summarize it, compare records or prepare notes.
Connect your assistant through the Apify MCP server. MCP gives your assistant a way to find this scraper, run it and read the results. Follow the official setup and sign-in guide for your app.
Easier setup with an Apify plugin
If you use a supported coding assistant, the official Apify plugin can set up the connection for you. It connects your assistant to Apify and includes instructions for common tasks. Follow the guide for your particular app.
Use Apify AI in Console
Prefer to keep everything in Apify? Open Apify AI in Console and ask it to find Fetch Cat's Google Hotels Scraper. You can describe the data you want and ask questions about the results.
Apify AI is currently in beta. It asks for confirmation before starting an Actor, and normal run charges apply.
Choose your assistant
- Claude and Claude Code (Anthropic): Apify setup guide.
- ChatGPT and Codex (OpenAI): Apify setup guides.
- Grok Bot (xAI): Apify plugin guide.
- Gemini CLI (Google): MCP server setup guide. Use the server URL below with the HTTP configuration supported by Gemini CLI.
Connect just this scraper
To keep your setup focused on this scraper, add this server configuration to a compatible MCP client:
{"mcpServers": {"apify": {"url": "https://mcp.apify.com?tools=fetch_cat/google-hotels-scraper"}}}
Sign in to Apify when your client asks. If your client uses a Bearer token instead, follow its setup guide and keep the token in its secure configuration. Configuration formats vary by app, so use the linked guide if your client needs a different format.
Use Apify's general server
Already connected to the general Apify MCP server at https://mcp.apify.com? You can use it to find this scraper without adding another server. Ask your assistant to use Google Hotels Scraper by Fetch Cat, or give it the identifier fetch_cat/google-hotels-scraper.
Your assistant can check the available settings and retrieve the results from the returned run. If the run is still working, it should follow that run rather than start it again. Both connection options use Apify's hosted service.
Example requests
- “Use Fetch Cat’s Google Hotels Scraper to collect up to 5 Paris hotels for 15–17 June 2027 with details and offers off. Show displayed nightly prices, actual currency and price-availability flags with source links.”
- “Collect at most 3 hotels per query for New York and near Eiffel Tower for 15–17 June 2027, requesting USD for 2 adults. Keep actual currency and query labels separate so I can group the snapshots in my own spreadsheet.”
- “Retrieve up to 3 results for the named hotel and future stay dates I provide with public details and offers enabled. Show available vendor links and diagnostics without inventing total-stay prices or guaranteed booking availability.”
Normal Apify charges apply. Check the live Pricing tab before asking your assistant to run a larger batch.
Pay with x402
If your AI agent has a funded wallet, it can pay for Apify usage through x402. This experimental option lets an agent use Apify without a conventional account.
Apify AGI provides a prepaid API token with a spending cap after payment. Your agent can use that token to run this scraper through the Apify API or an authenticated MCP connection.
Some MCP setups also support paying for each request directly. That is a different payment option, so check the official guide for its availability.
Follow the official guide for wallet setup, supported payment options and current terms. Apify handles the payments. Keep wallet keys and payment tokens in your agent's secure configuration.
Other ways for agents to pay
Apify also supports MPP for prepaid access through AGI and Skyfire for eligible Actors. If your agent already uses one of these, see the agentic payment guide to choose the right setup.
