Additional fields may include provider identifiers, registration details, source provenance, retrieval time, locations, and matched compliance records where available.

For nested data such as locations and compliance records, JSON export is recommended.

Compliance data

When enabled, the Actor attempts to match providers against public NDIS compliance and enforcement records.

Matches use conservative provider identifiers and exact identity information. The Actor does not use fuzzy matching to assign regulatory actions to providers.

A provider with no matched action should not automatically be interpreted as having no compliance history.

If the compliance source is temporarily unavailable, provider results can still be returned with compliance availability clearly indicated.

Data sources

Data is retrieved from public sources published by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, including:

• NDIS Provider Register
• Compliance and enforcement actions

The Actor retrieves current source data when it runs. Availability and update frequency are controlled by the source publisher.

• This Actor does not score provider quality, safety, trustworthiness, or suitability.
• Provider data should be verified against current official NDIS Commission records when used for important decisions.

Privacy

This Actor processes public provider and regulatory information.

It does not collect NDIS participant identities, disability information, health information, participant plans, or other private participant data.
