Discover and collect Skool communities in seconds. Search by keyword or browse trending groups, then export your findings to spreadsheets or databases.

What It Does

Find Skool communities matching your interests without manual browsing. Get complete information about each group including member counts, pricing, descriptions, and more.

Perfect for:

  • Researching online communities in your niche
  • Finding new communities to join
  • Analyzing community growth trends
  • Comparing membership models and pricing
  • Building community directories

When to Use This

You'll find this helpful when you want to:

  • Search for communities about specific topics (like "AI agents" or "fitness")
  • See what's trending on Skool right now
  • Get a list of communities to review later
  • Track community growth over time
  • Export community data for your own analysis

What You Need to Provide

Search Options (Pick One)

You can search in two ways - choose only one:

Option 1: Search by Keyword

Type any keyword or phrase to find relevant communities.

Examples:

  • "ai agents" → Find AI and automation communities
  • "fitness" → Discover health and wellness groups
  • "entrepreneurship" → Explore business communities

Option 2: Browse by Category

Select a specific category to explore.

Available Categories:

  • 🎨 Hobbies
  • 🎸 Music
  • 💰 Money
  • 🙏 Spirituality
  • 💻 Tech
  • 🥕 Health
  • ⚽ Sports
  • 📚 Self-improvement
  • ❤️ Relationships

Important: You cannot use both Search Keyword and Category at the same time.

Language Filter (Optional)

Filter groups by language. Works with either search method.

Popular Languages:

  • English, Spanish, French, German, Chinese, Japanese, Korean
  • Plus 41 more languages including Arabic, Hindi, Portuguese, Russian, and many others

Tip: Combine language filter with your search for more targeted results. For example, "Tech category + Spanish language" finds Spanish tech communities.

How Many Groups to Collect

Choose how many groups you want (between 1 and 1,000). Default is 1,000.

The tool automatically finds more groups for you if needed. Collecting more groups takes a bit longer but gives you a more complete picture.

Include Owner Information (Optional)

Enable this to collect detailed information about each group's owner.

What you get:

  • Owner's full name and username
  • Owner's biography and location
  • Owner's website and social links
  • Complete owner profile details

Note: This provides complete information but takes longer to run.

Good to Know

What you can do:

  • Search for any topic and find relevant communities
  • Get complete public information about each group
  • Export results for your own use
  • No login required

What this doesn't do:

  • Collect member profiles or personal information
  • Guarantee exact number of results (some topics have fewer groups)

About the data:

  • All information is publicly visible on Skool
  • Member counts and prices are current at collection time
  • Results match what you'd see browsing Skool manually
  • Data may change as communities grow or update

What you'll see during the run:

  • Real-time status updates showing current progress
  • Log messages showing how many groups have been collected
  • Clear completion summary when finished
  • All feedback is user-friendly and easy to understand

How pricing works (Pay Per Event):

  • You only pay for groups you successfully collect
  • Each group pushed to your dataset counts as one charged event
  • Charged immediately as each group is collected
  • If the run stops early, you only pay for groups collected so far
  • No hidden fees or extra charges
  • Transparent per-group pricing

Getting Your Results

Once finished, download your data in the format that works best for you:

  • CSV - Open in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet
  • JSON - Perfect for developers and databases
  • Other formats - Available through the download menu

Find your results on the Apify console after the run completes. Just click the download button and choose your format.

Privacy & Responsible Use

This tool is designed to be respectful and compliant:

  • Only collects publicly visible information
  • Doesn't access private content or personal data
  • Built-in safeguards to avoid overloading servers
  • No login or credentials needed

Your responsibility: Make sure your use complies with Skool's terms of service and applicable data protection laws. This tool is for research and discovery, not for spam or misuse.

Common Questions

"I'm not getting any results"

  • Try a different keyword or category
  • Try removing language filter to see more results
  • Leave all filters empty to see trending groups
  • Some topics might not have many communities yet

"I'm getting fewer groups than I requested"

  • That's normal! Some topics have fewer available groups
  • Try broader keywords like "business" instead of "micro-saas"
  • Remove language filter to see more results
  • The tool gives you all available groups matching your filters

"Can I use search keyword and category together?"

  • No, these are mutually exclusive - use one or the other
  • But you CAN combine language filter with either option
  • Examples: "Tech category + Spanish" or "AI agents keyword + English"

"It seems slow"

  • Larger numbers take longer (that's expected)
  • Your internet connection affects speed
  • Usually still very fast compared to manual browsing

"What's the best way to find specific communities?"

  • For broad topics: Use categories (e.g., Money, Tech)
  • For specific topics: Use search keywords (e.g., "AI agents")
  • Add language filter to narrow down results further
