Note: Every member row carries the same columns, whether or not that member filled them in. A field the member left blank comes through as an empty value rather than disappearing, so a spreadsheet keeps its columns lined up and row["linkedin"] is always safe to read.

ℹ️ Important Note

Skool's member list is sorted by recent activity and updates dynamically. As members go online or offline, their position in the list changes. This means that across multiple pages, some members may appear more than once while others may be temporarily missed. The scraper automatically deduplicates all results, so you will never get duplicate entries in your export. Because of this, a run can reach a stretch where every page returns people it has already saved. When that happens the scraper pauses, gives Skool a moment, and tries again rather than assuming the list is finished — requests that come too close together can make Skool repeat a page.

If the pauses do not help, the scraper then works through the community's membership levels one at a time. Each level is its own slice of the directory and offers a different set of people, so this reaches members the plain member list never shows. Small and mid-sized communities usually come through in full this way.

Very large communities are the exception: Skool shows any one view only a window near the top of the list, so an export can end with fewer people than the community's headline count. The run tells you plainly how many it collected against that count and records itself as partly collected, rather than presenting a partial export as a complete one. If you pick a level yourself, that level is exported on its own and the sweep is skipped.
