Open RFPs/tenders across hundreds of US/Canada local government agencies on Bonfire (Euna).
Bonfire agencies to scrape, always included. Pick from the list or type any other Bonfire subdomain, e.g. "dallascityhall". Leave empty together with States and Agency types to scan all catalog agencies.
Add all catalog agencies from these US states or Canadian provinces. Combined with Agency types: both must match.
Add all catalog agencies of these types, e.g. transit or K-12. Combined with States: both must match.
Premium: fetch public notices/addenda per opportunity. Slower (one extra request per opportunity).
Fetch currently open opportunities. Turn off if you only want past opportunities and/or public contracts.
Also fetch closed/awarded/cancelled opportunities from the agency archive. Adds one request per agency but can return 1000+ extra records for a large agency — set "Maximum opportunities" as well, since every record is charged. Notices/addenda are never fetched for closed opportunities.
Also collect the agency's public contracts into a separate dataset. An expiring contract is an early signal of a future solicitation. Only agencies with the PublicContracts feature enabled publish these; the rest are skipped without a request. Contracts count against the same "Maximum opportunities" budget and are charged at the same per-record rate, so contracts are collected only from whatever is left of that limit after opportunities.
Maximum number of opportunities to return in total across all agencies, counted after filters. Leave empty for no limit.
Keep opportunities whose title contains any of these words or phrases. Whole-word, case-insensitive match (IT does not match "Unit"); end a word with * for a prefix, e.g. roof* matches "Roofing".
Drop opportunities whose title contains any of these words or phrases. Same matching as Keywords; wins over Keywords.
Keep opportunities whose deadline is at most this many days away. Opportunities with an unparseable deadline are dropped.
