Mercari (メルカリ) shows asking prices everywhere, but a resale decision needs the price an item actually sold for. This Actor reads the public Mercari search pages anyone can open without an account and turns sold listings into rows and price summaries for a spreadsheet, a database or a sourcing script.

• Searches Mercari Japan (yen) or Mercari US (dollars) for sold listings by keyword, or from search pages you paste.
• Returns one row per sold listing with the sold price, condition, brand, category, seller, photo, link and listing date. Japan rows also carry an approximate sale time and days to sell.
• Builds a summary per keyword: median, quartile, average, lowest and highest sold price, median days to sell, price by condition and sell-through rate.
• Suggests a maximum buy price from the median sold price, the selling fee and the margin you want.

The price summary of each keyword is saved as a record in the run's key-value store (SUMMARIES holds all keywords, SUMMARY_ plus the keyword holds one). It is not billed as a row.

A keyword that returns no sold listings costs nothing, and there are no subscriptions. Free plan runs are limited to 25 listings per keyword, 5 keywords, 3 runs per day and a short wait between runs.

How do I check what an item really sold for on Mercari?

Enter the item as a keyword, choose Mercari Japan or Mercari US and run. The dataset lists recent sold listings with their sold prices, and the summary gives the median and the middle half of prices so one odd sale does not mislead you.

What does the sell-through rate mean?

It is the share of everything found for the keyword that has sold: sold divided by sold plus still for sale. A high share means the item moves fast. Mercari stops counting at a limit on very broad searches, and the summary says so with totalsCapped.

Is the sale date exact?

Mercari Japan does not publish an exact sale time, so the Actor uses the listing's last update as an approximation for the sale time and days to sell. Mercari US does not publish a sale date, so those two fields are left out for US rows.

Does it need a Mercari account?

No. It reads public search pages only and never asks for a login, cookie or key.
