Use yt-dlp to fetch rich metadata per video: view_count, like_count, upload_date (published_at), description, channel_id. Adds ~1-2s per video but completes the normalized schema. Disable if only the transcript is needed.
Language codes in order of preference (e.g. ['en', 'en-US']). Falls back to next if not found.

When true (default), videos with no available transcript or disabled captions are silently skipped — the run still succeeds. When false, these videos produce an error record in the dataset.
