  • Miami-Dade has the richest data (bedrooms, bathrooms, building details)
  • Cook County uses open data APIs with assessment and sales datasets
  • Maricopa uses the county's public ArcGIS parcel service
  • Rate limiting is built in to be respectful to county servers
  • Tax bill amounts are generally maintained by the Tax Collector (separate from Assessor) and may not be included
