ML Conference Finder - Type your paper topic and get a ranked list of ML conferences and journals, other than NeurIPS, ICLR and ICML, that actually publish it.

What does ML Conference Finder do?

Topic-to-venue ranking: for each keyword you get a table of venues (TMLR, COLM, AISTATS, UAI, CoLLAs, workshops and so on). Each row shows papers on that topic published there per year over the last 3 years, plus OpenReview submitted/accepted counts and the acceptance rate where the venue is public

  • Input a topic or a few keywords and get venues ranked by how many matching papers they published in the last 3 years
  • Acceptance counts and rate from public OpenReview venue data, where the venue is on OpenReview
  • Venue type per row (conference, journal, workshop) and a link to the venue page, so you can check the deadlines yourself
  • Option to leave out NeurIPS, ICLR and ICML, or any venues you name
  • Flat CSV/JSON output, one row per venue, ready to open in a spreadsheet

Why this ML Conference Finder?

The low cases fail because they are near-copies of bigger Actors (more YouTube scrapers) or serve a tiny niche with no clear reason to pick them over the leader. This ML Conference Finder checks every run and tells you plainly when a page could not be read, instead of returning empty or wrong rows.

How to use ML Conference Finder

  1. Press Start - the form already holds an example that works.
  2. Put in your own input (see the fields on the Input tab).
  3. Run it once, or put it on an Apify Schedule to get fresh rows every day.
  4. Download the results as JSON, CSV or Excel, or send them to Google Sheets, Zapier, Make, the Apify API or an AI agent (Apify MCP server).

How much does ML Conference Finder cost?

You pay only per result (pay per event) - no monthly fee, no minimum, and the price per result is lower on Apify's Bronze, Silver and Gold plans. The exact price is on the Pricing tab. Apify's free plan credit is enough to try it on real input.

FAQ

Does ML Conference Finder need a login, cookies or an API key? No. It reads public pages only.

Can I run ML Conference Finder on a schedule? Yes - with Apify Schedules; each run returns fresh rows.

Can I call it from Python, JavaScript or an AI agent? Yes - through the Apify API, the Apify client libraries or the Apify MCP server.

Is it legal? It collects only data anyone can see without logging in. You are responsible for using it within the source site's terms and data protection law (GDPR, CCPA).

What if the site blocks a request? The run retries from a fresh connection and, if it still cannot read the page, stops with a clear message - never with made-up rows.
