Paid plan still restricted to 10 runs on community actor

I'm currently on a paid Apify plan, but I'm still restricted to only 10 runs for a specific community actor, as if I were on a free plan. I understand some community actors may have usage limits, but I would like to know how I can increase this limit—either by paying $4, $8, or any other fee set by the actor developer.
Please let me know:
If there's a way to purchase additional runs or higher usage directly for this actor.
If this is an error with my current plan not unlocking the correct usage tier.

Hi. I see the error in the log is different from the free limit. It's asking to set at least 10 minimum profiles to scrape. Please check input fields "Maximum number of profiles to scrape for all queries" and "Run options" -> "Maximum charged results" should be at least 10
We will remove this condition in a few days, once the new pricing model is applied.
