How to scrape Airbnb data

1. Add one or more locations under Locations to search, for example Austin, Texas.
2. Set Max listings per location. Start small to preview the output.
3. Turn on Scrape full listing details for amenities, host and description.
4. Turn on Estimate occupancy & revenue for ADR, occupancy and revenue.
5. Click Start and export to JSON, CSV or Excel.

How occupancy and revenue are estimated

A calendar shows a night as unavailable, but not whether it was booked or blocked by the host. This Actor reports occupancy rate and revenue on the first run by counting unavailable nights as demand, and it stores a calendar snapshot for every listing. On repeat scans it compares snapshots: a night that was open and later closed is a real booking, while a night that was closed from the start is a host block. Re-scan a market weekly to turn the first estimate into confirmed booked nights.
