This Actor reports occupancy rate and revenue on the first run by counting unavailable nights as demand, and it stores a calendar snapshot for every property. On repeat scans it compares snapshots: a night that was open and later closed is a real booking, while a night that was closed from the start is a host block. Re-scan a market weekly to turn the first estimate into confirmed booked nights.
