• 🔒 No phone numbers. OnTheMarket shows each branch's phone number with every listing — it is left out; agents are named by their agency and branch only. A phone number or e-mail address written into a feature or description is replaced with [phone removed] / [e-mail removed].

How to use it

1. Paste Search links from onthemarket.com (for sale, to rent or new homes), one per line — or type Places and choose For sale or to rent and the optional filters.
2. Set Max listings per search, and tick Open every listing for its details if you need the description, council tax, EPC and letting terms.
3. Press Start, and download the results from the Output tab as JSON, CSV or Excel.

To follow new listings and price cuts in an area, save your input as a task with Added within set to the last 24 hours and schedule it daily.

Pricing

You are charged per property delivered — see the price on this page. Opening listings for their details costs nothing extra, only time. Links that are not OnTheMarket searches and places OnTheMarket does not know are free.

FAQ

How many properties per search? OnTheMarket shows 34 pages of 30 for one search, so about 1,000: live runs got 944 to 963 different properties from London and Manchester searches (London alone has over 34,000 homes to rent). For more, split the search by price band, bedrooms, property type or smaller areas.

Under offer and let agreed? Left out by default, as on OnTheMarket. Tick Include under offer / let agreed to get them too.

A place with a common name? Add the county after a comma — "Newport, Gwent". The place field says which place was searched. When a name is not found, the free record suggests the places OnTheMarket knows by a similar name.

Private sellers? OnTheMarket lists properties from estate agents, letting agents and developers only.

Why no agent phone numbers? Every listing has its url; buyers and tenants contact the agent on OnTheMarket.

Commercial property? Not included — this reads OnTheMarket's residential sections: for sale, to rent and new homes.
