• OnTheMarket paginates to roughly 1,000 properties per search. For larger areas, slice the search by price band or by narrower location slugs and merge the exports.
• Prices are asking prices, and some new-build entries quote a development's starting price rather than a specific unit's.
• Agent telephone numbers are the branch's advertised marketing line, not a personal number.
