How to use it

1. Paste Search links from rightmove.co.uk (for sale or to rent), one per line — or type Places and choose For sale or to rent and the optional filters.
2. Set Max listings per search.
3. Press Start, and download the results from the Output tab as JSON, CSV or Excel.

To follow new listings and price cuts in an area, save your input as a task with Added within (days) set to 1 and schedule it daily.

You can also call it from the Apify API, from Make, Zapier or n8n, or from an AI agent through the Apify MCP server.

Feed mode: only new listings + alerts

Run the same search every day and get only what is new. Tick Only new listings (feed mode) and the Actor remembers every item it has delivered for this exact search.

• How it works: the seen items are kept in a named key-value store in your own account, feed-rightmove-properties-<hash>. The hash comes from your search inputs (everything except the feed, alert, proxy and parallelism settings), so each distinct search has its own memory and changing a filter starts a fresh one.
• First run returns everything. Later runs with the same inputs return only items not seen before, each with a firstSeenAt timestamp. Items already seen are neither saved to the dataset nor charged.
• Memory: an item is remembered for 60 days after you last saw it (up to 50,000 per search); after that it counts as new again.
• Alerts: set Alert webhook URL and, when a run finds new items, the Actor sends one POST (10 second timeout, a failure never fails the run). It works with Slack and Discord incoming webhooks, because the body has a text field, and with any HTTPS endpoint:

FAQ

How many properties per search? Rightmove shows up to about 1,000 listings (42 pages) for one search — London alone has over 60,000 for sale. For more, split the search by price band, bedrooms or smaller areas.

Sold STC and let agreed? Left out by default, as on Rightmove. Tick Include sold STC / let agreed to get them too; displayStatus then says which.

Why no agent phone numbers? Every listing has its url; buyers and tenants contact the agent on Rightmove.

Is this affiliated with Rightmove? No. This is an independent tool that reads public Rightmove listings.
