Company Email Finder — Published Emails & Phones by Name
Pricing
from $3.00 / 1,000 company with contacts
Give it company names, get back each company's verified website and its business emails, phone numbers, LinkedIn and social profiles, contact page and postal address — one row per company. HTTP only, no browser, no API key. Unresolved names are free.
Input
inputName
Optional
The line exactly as you supplied it.
Input kind
inputKind
Optional
What the line was: name (resolved through the ladder), domain, url or email (used as given — rung 0).
Company name
companyName
Optional
The name the resolved website gives itself (JSON-LD Organization, og:site_name, title or footer copyright), else the brand in its page title, else the directory name (YC, SEC), else your input. null when unresolved.
Domain
domain
Optional
The website the company resolved to, lower-cased and without a scheme — the domain the extraction step read. null when unresolved or ambiguous.
Resolved URL
resolvedUrl
Optional
Final URL of the home page the extraction step read, after scheme/www resolution and redirects. null when the website could not be read — and then the row is not charged.
Resolved by
resolvedBy
Optional
Which rung settled the name: input (the line was already a domain, URL or e-mail), sec (SEC ticker index + the filer's own site), yc (the YC directory's website field), slug (a candidate domain whose home page names the company), search (a web-search result whose home page names the company). null when unresolved or ambiguous.
Confidence
confidence
Optional
Which signal matched, on the Company Dossier's scale: 1.0 your own domain, 0.9 SEC or YC, 0.8 a candidate whose JSON-LD Organization names the company, 0.6 a candidate named only by og:site_name, title or footer. Not a probability.
Candidates
candidates
Optional
On an ambiguous row only: every website that passed the identity check for this name, so you can pick. Empty otherwise.
Extractor input
inputUrl
Optional
What was handed to the Website Contact Extractor's pipeline: the resolved domain, or your line when it was already a domain or URL. null when unresolved.
Redirect chain
redirectChain
Optional
Every URL the redirect chain passed through, in order. Empty when the entry page was reached without a redirect.
HTTP status
httpStatus
Optional
HTTP status of the entry page.
Page title
pageTitle
Optional
The of the first page fetched, whitespace collapsed and capped at 300 characters. Often the closest thing to a company name when your input was only a domain.
Emails
emails
Optional
Business email addresses. Personal-looking addresses are omitted unless includePersonalEmails is enabled.
Phone numbers
phones
Optional
Published business phone numbers: the string as written on the page, the same number in E.164, and the page it was found on. e164 is null when the number could not be validated.
Contact page URL
contactPageUrl
Optional
Best contact/imprint page we identified. May be a candidate we saw linked but never fetched — see contactPageConfirmed.
Contact page fetched
contactPageConfirmed
Optional
True when contactPageUrl was actually fetched and answered 2xx. Only a confirmed contact page counts towards found, and therefore towards billing; an unfetched candidate is reported but never charged for.
Postal address
addressText
Optional
Postal address from JSON-LD PostalAddress, or from an
element.Has contact form
hasContactForm
Optional
True when a fetched page carries a contact form — a form with a message box or an email field, or an embedded form-provider widget. Search and newsletter forms do not count.
Pages fetched
pagesFetched
Optional
Every URL fetched for this domain, in order: the entry page first, then the contact/about/imprint pages the page budget was spent on.
Source host
source
Optional
The host the row was actually read from, after scheme/www resolution and redirects.
Source URL
sourceUrl
Optional
The entry URL this row was built from — the page fetched first, before any contact pages.
Found
found
Optional
True when at least one business email, phone number, attributable social profile or fetched contact page was found — the extractor's rule, unchanged. A found=true row is charged company-with-contacts.
Error
error
Optional
null on success. On a resolved row, the extractor's code: no_contacts, blocked, robots_disallowed, dns, timeout, tls, connection, not_html, too_large, http_. On other rows: ambiguous, not_found, search_blocked, timeout, invalid_input or freemail. Every row with an error other than no_contacts is free.
Status
status
Optional
resolved (a website was found), ambiguous (two or more websites each name themselves this company — free, see candidates) or unresolved (free, see reason).
Reason
reason
Optional
On an ambiguous or unresolved row, one sentence saying why, with the candidate domains that were tried. null on resolved rows.
Duplicate of
duplicateOf
Optional
Set when an earlier line of the same run already resolved to this website: the row repeats that line's contacts and is not charged. The value is that earlier line.
Scraped at
scrapedAt
Optional
When this row was produced (ISO 8601, UTC).
Social profiles
socials
Optional
Company profile URLs, normalised to the profile root. All six keys are always present, null where nothing attributable to the site owner was found; share buttons and intent links are ignored.
