Since more then a week each run returns: "ERROR Please check if the proxy is working."

I actually thought someone would check and fix this, but the behaviour did not change in any way.

To be honest, I don't think it's right to offer a service on a monthly subscription only and then not make sure that it works. Will this be fixed in a timely manner?
