Scrape Eventbrite events by city and keyword (or any Eventbrite search URL) with date filters. For each event: name, summary, start and end date and time, time zone, online or in person, venue name, full address and coordinates, minimum and maximum ticket price, free, sold out, sales status, tags, and the organizer: name, page, followers, website, Twitter and Facebook.
Built for event marketing and sponsorship prospecting, finding organizers to partner with, local event calendars and market research.
Why this one
- Organizer data for outreach: name, follower count, website and social links of who runs each event.
- Real ticket prices: min and max price, free and sold-out flags, straight from Eventbrite's own API.
- Any city in the world, plus online events, with date filters (today, this weekend, next month...).
- Fast: 20 events per request, no browser.
Input
{"locations": ["ny--new-york", "ca--san-francisco", "united-kingdom--london"],"keywords": ["tech", "marketing"],"dateRange": "this-month","maxEventsPerSearch": 200,"onlyPaid": true}
The location slug is the part of the Eventbrite URL after /d/ (e.g. eventbrite.com/d/ny--new-york/...).

How much does it cost?
You pay only for results delivered, at a fixed price per item. Apify platform usage is included in that price, so there are no compute costs on top. Errors and items that couldn't be found are free.
| What you get | Price | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Event | $0.002 each | 1,000 events = $2.00 |
The Apify Free plan includes $5 of monthly credit, enough for about 2,500 events per month at no cost. You can also set a maximum spend per run.
On paid Apify plans it gets cheaper automatically: 10% off on Starter, 20% on Scale and 30% on Business.
