Talent.com Public Jobs Search Scraper

Extract detail-verified public jobs from Talent.com. The Actor supports bounded keyword search plus single and multiple exact-job modes. It runs requests sequentially, buffers requested details, verifies canonical job IDs, and writes only complete records.

Input

{
"mode": "search",
"query": "developer",
"location": "Arlington, VA",
"maxItems": 3,
"maxPages": 1
}

Use mode: "single" with jobUrl, or mode: "multiple" with jobUrls, directUrls, or startUrls. Runs are bounded to 10 records and 3 listing pages. The Actor attempts ordinary direct HTTPS only; it does not use a proxy, browser fingerprint changes, or challenge solver. There is no configurable User-Agent or concurrency input.

Output

Each dataset item contains only a complete, detail-verified job row: the Talent.com job ID and canonical URL, title, company, visible HTML/text/Markdown description and source paragraphs, structured location where published, salary/employment/application data where available, original source payloads, and quality flags. Request receipts and diagnostics are stored separately in the default key-value store as REQUEST_RECEIPTS and RUN_DIAGNOSTICS; OUTPUT_SUMMARY and RUN_HEALTH are also available there. status describes the Apify process (SUCCEEDED or FAILED), while resultStatus describes extraction (COMPLETE, LIMITED, SKIPPED, DEFERRED, NO_DATA, or FAILED).

A 401, 403, 429, 451, or explicit source-authored verification/access-denial challenge stops requests and discards all buffered rows; the handled outcome is platform SUCCEEDED with resultStatus: SKIPPED. Generic network, timeout, transient HTTP, unrecognized-empty, and extraction failures are DEFERRED when no row was stored, or LIMITED when complete rows were stored; they are not evidence that Talent.com blocked access. NO_DATA requires a successful listing receipt with explicit source-authored empty-results evidence for every requested listing; the Actor does not infer it from an empty parser result. A dataset write failure preserves any successfully written prefix as SUCCEEDED / LIMITED; fatal zero-row runtime or storage failures are FAILED / FAILED. Diagnostics and receipts stay in KVS, never in the jobs dataset. HTTP 407 is deferred because it indicates network authentication rather than proving a Talent.com barrier. The “This job offer is not available in your country” message is job-application availability information, not an access challenge, and remains availabilityMessage when the detail page is readable.

Responsible use

Collect only publicly available job information. Respect Talent.com's terms, robots directives, applicable law, and data-protection requirements. Do not use the Actor for authenticated content or personal-data harvesting.
