Export public Greenhouse vacancies from an employer watchlist into a deduplicated dataset with full public descriptions, source dates and original links. Use Apify schedules to compare posting IDs across snapshots.
Input
boardTokens accepts 1–3 exact public board slugs, default discord and asana. keywords defaults to engineer and filters case-insensitive published titles; [] keeps all. maxJobs defaults to 30 (1–100) and maxJobsPerBoard to 20 (1–100). All selected boards are inspected even if output is capped. Default title search should include both example boards.
Output
Each unique row includes board/company, public job ID/title, source location, department/office labels, exact source timestamps, sanitized full description, original application link, board total, matched total and per-board fetch time. coverageComplete and outputLimited distinguish a capped export from all matching postings. Source dates are not converted or inferred. Board snapshots are not atomic across employers.
An uncharged SUMMARY key-value record reports delivered rows, source and matched totals, request count, and coverage for each requested board. Dataset rows remain jobs only, so the number of job-exported events equals the number of delivered dataset rows.
Pricing
$0.0005 per delivered job. Empty results are not charged; there is no start, detail, or summary fee.
Limits
Official anonymous Greenhouse Job Board GET only, up to three boards and 100 delivered jobs, 8 MiB per source response, four total requests including robots, 180 seconds, 256 MB. The API returns the whole board in one response; no pagination or invented completeness. Source change, malformed data, 403, 429, timeout and oversize fail without a paid empty result. A valid no-match search fails explicitly without primary events. One $0.0005 job-exported event per delivered row, no start/detail/summary fee.
Job links are accepted only when the Greenhouse URL names the exact requested board and posting, or when a verified Asana, Stripe, Datadog or Airbnb employer domain carries the exact gh_jid. Other custom job domains fail source validation until their board association is verified.
Privacy
Only public posting facts are exported. Descriptions are plain text with email and phone contacts screened; no applicant questions, application submission, candidate records, arbitrary metadata, cookies or recruiter contacts. Original public job URLs are output only, never fetched. Source attribution is retained.
If something goes wrong
- Wrong number or a failed run? Open a ticket on the Issues tab. I read every one and reply within 2 business days (Japan time).
- You never get a fake "empty" result. If the site can't be read, the run fails and says so.
- Delivered rows only. One validated unique public job row is one billable event. Empty matches, failed acquisition, duplicate and undelivered rows are not charged.
- Checked every week. An automatic test runs this tool weekly; if the site changes, I fix it.
- Public source data only. No login, applicant records or recruiter contacts. Email and phone patterns are screened before delivery.
