Scrape sold-property transaction records from booli.se — Sweden's sold-price and valuation portal. Each record is a completed sale: the final sold price, the original asking price, price-per-square-meter, sold date, and living/plot area for that property. Nationwide by default, with an optional property-type filter.
What you get
One dataset record per sold property:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
listing_id | Booli's internal numeric id for this sold property |
listing_url | Canonical booli.se detail page URL |
address | Street address |
area | Named sub-area / neighbourhood |
municipality | Swedish municipality (kommun) |
latitude / longitude | Coordinates |
property_type | Villa, Bostadsrätt, Radhus, Parhus, Kedjehus, Fritidshus, Äganderätt, Tomt/Mark |
sold_price | Final sold price in SEK (slutpris) |
asking_price | Original asking price in SEK (utgångspris) |
price_change_pct | Percentage difference between sold price and asking price |
sold_date | Date the sale was recorded (ISO 8601) |
currency | Always SEK |
rooms | Number of rooms |
living_area_sqm | Living area in square meters |
plot_area_sqm | Plot area in square meters (houses — null for apartments) |
price_per_sqm | Sold price divided by living area, in SEK per square meter |
monthly_fee | Monthly housing-cooperative fee in SEK (avgift — apartments, sparse for houses) |
construction_year | Year the building was constructed |
Usage
Run with no input for the default nationwide feed — the most recently sold properties across all of Sweden:
{"maxItems": 100}
Filter by property type
{"maxItems": 100,"propertyTypes": ["Villa"]}
| Field | Type | Default | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
maxItems | integer | 100 | Maximum number of sold-price records to scrape. |
propertyTypes | array | (all) | Limit to one or more Booli property types. Leave empty for all types. |
Resuming a large crawl
Every run emits a resumeCursor in its Output. If a large crawl stops before it finishes —
because it hit maxItems, your spend cap (maxTotalChargeUsd), or was aborted — start a new
run with the same input plus that resumeCursor to continue from where it left off. The
crawl resumes from the queued work the previous run didn't reach.
- You are not re-charged for records the earlier run already delivered.
- Resume within your account's run-retention window — on the free tier, roughly your 10 most
recent runs. Once the source run is pruned, its
resumeCursoris no longer valid. resumeCursoris opaque — supply it unmodified.
Notes
- Booli's sold-price corpus is nationwide and spans Sweden's full municipality and county range — this scraper is not limited to any single region.
- Some historical records carry a nominal or zero sold price (family transfers recorded at symbolic consideration); these are excluded so every delivered record is a usable market comparable.
plot_area_sqmandmonthly_feeare sparse by design — they reflect what Booli itself published for that property type and sale. Booli's sold-property detail pages never carry listing photos (confirmed across every sold record sampled), so this scraper does not return an image field.- This scraper is priced per result record (pay-per-event).
