Extract hotel listings from Expedia — property name, star rating, guest review score, price per night, total stay price, location, and image. Search any destination with your own check-in / check-out dates and guest count.
What you get
Each hotel record contains:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
hotelId | Expedia property ID |
name | Hotel name |
url | Expedia hotel listing URL |
starRating | Star rating (1–5) |
guestRating | Guest review score (e.g. 8.4/10 Excellent) |
reviewCount | Number of guest reviews |
pricePerNight | Price per night for the selected dates |
totalPrice | Total price for the stay |
neighborhood | Neighborhood or area within the destination |
distanceFromCenter | Distance from city center or landmark |
imageUrl | URL of the hotel's main image |
regionId | Expedia region ID for the searched destination |
searchId | Expedia search session identifier for this search |
latitude / longitude | Coordinates of the searched destination |
destination / checkIn / checkOut | The search parameters used for this record |
scrapedAt | ISO-8601 timestamp of extraction |
propertyDetails | (premium, opt-in — see below) review summary, address, amenities, and nearby points of interest |
Property details (premium, opt-in)
Turn on includeDetails to add a propertyDetails object to each hotel record: an overall
review summary (rating, label, review count), the property's address, a list of top amenities,
and nearby points of interest with walking/driving time. Off by default — every listing works
exactly as above with no extra cost. When it's on, each enriched record is billed as a premium
record; a hotel where the extra detail couldn't be retrieved still ships with the rest of its
fields and propertyDetails: null, so you're never billed for missing data.

How it works
- Builds the Expedia search for your destination and dates.
- Fetches the results through a hardened fetch path that clears Expedia's bot protection.
- Parses each property card — name, rating, review score, nightly and total price, location, image.
- Returns up to
maxItemshotels.
Who it's for
- Travel & OTA analysts tracking hotel rates and availability across destinations.
- Revenue managers benchmarking competitor pricing by date and market.
- Deal & metasearch sites enriching hotel inventory with live Expedia prices and review scores.
Notes
- Prices reflect the selected dates and guest/room count at scrape time and can change frequently.
- Provide precise
checkIn/checkOutdates for accurate nightly and total pricing.
