NYC ACRIS Probate Property Recordings Scraper

Scrape probate-coded property recordings from NYC's Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS) — Certified Copies of Will, Notices of Estate Tax Lien, Releases of Estate Tax Lien, Transfer on Death Deeds, and Letters Patent across all 5 boroughs.

Filter by document type, borough, and recording date. Output includes decedent name, executor name, parcel block / lot / street address, full party list, and the ACRIS permalink to the recorded document image.

What it returns

Each record includes:

• document_id — 16-digit ACRIS document ID
• crfn — City Register File Number
• record_date, document_date — ISO-8601 timestamps
• document_type — ACRIS code (WILL, NTXL, RTXL, TODD, LTPA)
• document_type_label — human-readable label
• borough, block, lot, street_address — parcel identifiers
• parties — full party list (strings: "PARTY 1: SMITH, JANE (BRONX, NY 10466)")
• decedent_name — parsed from PARTY 1 (testator / grantor)
• executor_name — parsed from PARTY 2 (executor / petitioner / grantee)
• estate_value — present on NTXL filings that carry a doc-amount
• document_url, document_image_url — ACRIS permalinks
