Scrapes the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) conformant and active smelter/refiner lists — the authoritative master reference for conflict-minerals due-diligence programs under Dodd-Frank Sec. 1502, EU Conflict Minerals Regulation 2017/821, and EU Battery Regulation 2023/1542.
Returns structured per-smelter records with RMI Company Identification (CID), metal type, country, facility location, conformance status, assessment program, and audit dates.

The RMI conformant list covers 400+ smelters and refiners across all minerals tracked by the RMAP program:
- Gold — LBMA and RJC cross-recognized refiners included
- Tin, Tantalum, Tungsten — classic 3TG conflict minerals
- Cobalt — battery supply chain due diligence
- Additional minerals — Mica, Lithium, Nickel, Copper, Zinc, Silver
The active list (~26 facilities) covers facilities currently undergoing RMAP assessment (pre-conformant).

- The RMI website uses a cookie-based Terms & Conditions gate — the actor handles this automatically, no manual acceptance required.
- Data is served from Caspio cloud tables embedded in the RMI website. The actor fetches all pages via GET/POST pagination.
- No login or account required. The conformant list is publicly accessible.
- RMI updates the lists quarterly. Run on a quarterly schedule for current data.
