thanks a lot for reporting this! This is not a usual Amazon URL and is not yet supported by this scraper.
We would definitely like to add support for this URL type ;)
We do not have access to generating these URLs, so may you please help us by providing some context? We assume these URLs to always redirect to some product page, not a search/list page, right?

unfortunately after some further investigation it looks like the amzn.to domain is simply just a URL shortener for Amazon.
We do not wish to support redirection services in our input, so unfortunately we won't proceed with this.
You can still scrape the un-shortenered URLs just fine. e.g. your URL https://amzn.to/3TQgZHr points to https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0C2QK4V83?th=1&ref_=as_li_ss_tl&language=en_US&linkCode=gg4&linkId=79382692aa9583b36d8687c823a8fd00&tag=dealnowclick-20.
You can use a utility Actor like the URL Redirects to scrape the redirected URLs.
