Is it possible to make a special request that he only issue me products with coupons? In addition, is it possible to ask him to give me only an output of Asin, title, price, and whether there is a coupon or not?

I'm not sure what you mean by coupons? Can you please link me an Amazon product with such coupons?
Anyway, to modify the output, you can use the Export dataset feature upon clicking on the Export {x} result(s) in a finished run's output window. To make the output modifications automatic, you can use a utility Actor like the Merge, Dedup & Transform Datasets and connect it via Actor to Actor integrations.
