How often are the captions missing?

Recently tried to get the captions for this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dElkxu0tWHg
It returns an empty array.
Is there some kind of percentage of videos you can estimate that dont have transcriptions? Looking for something stable enough for commercial use

Its hard to give an estimate for empty captions, it depends. imho based on my experience on the stats of empty captions, for long videos and a very rough estimate its around 10% maybe less. And for shorts videos its bigger, say more than 50% and maybe even 80%.
The Youtube Transcripts actor extracts transcripts that are generated by users or autogenerated by youtube.
In the case of empty captions, you can transcribe the audio file to generate text from audio, there are third party services that offer .
I will create a separate Actor for transcribing audio to text, but I can't do it now because or tight schedule. I will notify you when here its done.
