What is Kayak Flights Scraper?
Kayak Flights Scraper returns one dataset row per flight itinerary from Kayak for the route and dates you choose. Each row has the price, the booking site offering it, whether the airline sells direct, airlines, stops, total duration, departure and arrival times, baggage rules and fees, fare options, legs and segments, and the Kayak booking link. Travel agencies, fare analysts, travel managers and AI agents use it to compare fares and track prices, with no Kayak account.
Why travel teams use it for fares
- Every booking option. Airline-direct and online-agency prices for each itinerary, with
totalBookingOptions. - Baggage costs. Carry-on and checked-bag inclusion plus the checked-bag fee, so cheap fares are comparable.
- Full itinerary. Legs, segments, airlines, stops and duration in every row.
- Simple routes. Airport or city codes such as
LAX,NYCorLON; leave the dates empty to search a week-long trip a month out. - Flexible search. Cabin class, passengers, sort order, stop limit and airline-direct-only.

Example workflow: a fare watch for a sales trip
A travel manager tracks fares for a team trip from Chicago to San Francisco. Every Monday they collect price_a results for the trip dates and record the lowest price with checkedBagFee added, by airline. When the total drops, they book. They continue with Kayak Car Rental Scraper for car prices at the destination.
Pricing
Startup billing and empty runs
The apify-actor-start event costs $0.00005 per startup unit. Apify charges one startup unit per GB of allocated memory, with a minimum of one unit, so a 2 GB run incurs two units. This startup charge still applies when input is invalid, no results are found, or an upstream request fails. Statements about free, unbilled, or skipped results refer only to the corresponding result event; they do not waive the startup charge. Apify platform usage is charged separately according to the run resources and your plan. Check the live Pricing tab for current events, tiers, and rates. Result limits cap result events, not the entire run cost.
This Actor uses Pay per event plus Apify platform usage. You pay a small start event and one event per itinerary saved, plus the platform usage of the job. The live Pricing tab on this page shows the current price.
- 1 route with
maxResults25 = up to 25 flight events + platform usage. maxStopsandairlineDirectOnlyfilters reduce the rows saved and charged.maxResultsis the cost ceiling for the whole job.

sortMode: "price_a"for "cheapest" andmaxStops: 0for "non-stop". - Keep

Builder's note
I found that the cheapest fare on a results page is often the most expensive trip once bags are added, so baggage inclusion and fees sit next to the price in every row. I learned that saved example inputs with fixed dates go out of date, so leaving the dates empty searches a week-long trip a month ahead.
