What is Trustpilot Company Scraper?
Trustpilot Company Scraper returns one dataset row per Trustpilot business profile: company name, domain, TrustScore, star rating, review count, categories, claimed status, website, country, address and contact details when the company lists them. Give it company domains, Trustpilot URLs, search phrases or category pages in one list. Agencies, sales teams, investors and analysts use it to benchmark reputation, find companies by category and build prospect lists, with no Trustpilot account.
Why teams use it for reputation research
- Mixed input. Domains (
apple.com), Trustpilot review URLs, search phrases (online banking) and category paths (/categories/bank) in the same list. - Category leaderboards. Pull the ranked companies in a Trustpilot category, with
rank. - Country focus.
countrylimits search and category results to one market. - Reputation at a glance. TrustScore, stars and review count for every company.
- Contact data. Website, address, city, postal code, phone and email when the profile shows them.
How to use it
Profiles for a few known companies:
{"queries": ["amazon.com", "apple.com", "https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.zalando.co.uk"],"mode": "profile"}
Top banks on Trustpilot and a keyword search in the UK:
{"queries": ["/categories/bank", "electric bikes"],"mode": "auto","country": "GB","maxResultsPerQuery": 50}
| Input | What it controls |
|---|---|
queries | Domains, Trustpilot URLs, search phrases or category paths |
mode | auto (default, detected per query), profile, search or category |
country | Two-letter country code for search and category results, such as GB or US |
maxResultsPerQuery | Most companies per search or category (default 50) |
proxyConfiguration | Proxy for Trustpilot; Apify Residential by default |
Output: Trustpilot company data you receive
A real profile row:
{"resultType": "profile","query": "amazon.com","rank": null,"companyName": "Amazon","domain": "www.amazon.com","trustpilotUrl": "https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.amazon.com","websiteUrl": "https://www.amazon.com","trustScore": 1.6,"stars": 1.5,"reviewCount": 49539,"categories": ["Shoe Store", "Clothing Store", "Book Store", "Hobby Store"],"isClaimed": true,"isVerified": false,"country": "GB","logoUrl": "https://s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/tpd/screenshots/46ad346800006400050092d0/198x149.png","scraped_at": "2026-10-02T11:30:31.568Z","source_url": "https://www.trustpilot.com/review/amazon.com"}
| Field | What it contains |
|---|---|
companyName, domain, websiteUrl, trustpilotUrl | The company and its pages |
trustScore, stars, reviewCount | Trustpilot reputation |
categories, categorySlug, rank | Category membership and position in category or search results |
isClaimed, isVerified | Whether the company manages its profile |
country, city, address, postalCode, phone, email | Location and contact details when listed |
resultType, query, source_url | Which input produced the row: profile, search or category |
Search and category rows come from Trustpilot's result lists, so some profile-only fields such as websiteUrl or isClaimed can be null there. OUTPUT holds the totals for the job.
Example workflow: a reputation prospect list
A reputation-management agency looks for companies with many reviews and weak scores. They pull /categories/bank and /categories/insurance_agency with country set to GB, then keep rows with reviewCount above their threshold and trustScore under 3. The websiteUrl and domain columns feed their outreach list. They continue with Trustpilot Reviews Scraper on the shortlist to read what customers complain about before the first call.

Builder's note
I found that people researching companies on Trustpilot mix domains, category pages and keywords in the same brief, so one queries list accepts all of them and detects each type. I learned that category pages are the fastest way to map a market, so category rows keep their rank for leaderboard analysis.
