Recent US property deed records from official public records — parcel-linked situs address, city, ZIP, recorded consideration, and legal description.
This is a property deed data feed, not a single-county scraper. The same Actor will add more counties and states over time.
Current coverage: Broward County, Florida. Additional counties are not active yet.
Default runs return property deeds (documentType = D).
What is US Property Deed Records?
US Property Deed Records is a structured Dataset of recently recorded property deeds sourced from official public records.
You do not need a county portal login or your own API key. Enter filters and receive deed rows in an Apify Dataset.
Broward County, Florida is the first source. More counties and states will be added based on demand — without a separate Actor per county.
What data you get
Each delivered row can include:
- recorded date
- document type (default: deed)
- instrument ID
- parcel number
- parcel-linked situs address (property location)
- city
- ZIP
- recorded consideration where available
- legal description
- official public-record sourcing
- automatically refreshed data
Owner names, grantor/grantee names, and mailing addresses are not included.
Current coverage
Florida:
- Broward County — Active
Additional counties and states will be added based on user demand.
This Actor does not currently cover all of Florida or the United States.

Recorded consideration caveat
considerationCents is the recorded deed consideration, not a verified sale price.
- Some deeds show nominal consideration such as $1 or $10.
- Some deeds have no consideration (
null). - Do not treat every consideration value as an arms-length market sale.
Need another county?
Want coverage for another county or state (for example Miami-Dade, Palm Beach, or a county outside Florida)? Request it.
Additional counties and states will be added based on demand. No delivery date is promised.
Pricing
Pay-per-event billing charges the sale-result event once per Dataset row successfully delivered.
Launch price: $0.001 per delivered record ($1 per 1,000 records).
- Charge happens only after a successful Dataset push
- Failed push = no charge
- Spending-limit stops further delivery without double-charging
Local and test runs without PPE configuration deliver rows without charging.
FAQ
Does this cover the entire United States?
No. Current coverage is Broward County, Florida only.
Does this cover all of Florida?
No. Broward County is the only active county.
What does the default run return?
Property deeds (documentType = D).
Do I need a county login or API key?
No. The Actor queries a maintained official public-records index.
Is this real-time?
No. Records refresh automatically as new official files become available.
Can I get owner or grantor names?
No. Names and mailing addresses are not included.
Why is address, city, or ZIP missing on some rows?
The deed has no parcel number, so parcel-linked situs data is not available.
Is consideration the sale price?
Not necessarily. It is the amount recorded on the deed. Nominal $1 / $10 values are common.
Will you add more counties?
Yes, based on demand, in this same Actor — not as a separate Actor per county.
