Source: Census LEHD LODES data. Files contain public aggregated geography cells; they are not individual records and should not be used to infer a person’s location. The Actor enforces one state, supported LODES8 years, a 20 MB compressed/80 MB decompressed file gate, a 500-row limit, retries, and deterministic sorting. Missing state/year/job-type files fail explicitly rather than falling back to another dataset.

Configuration

Use wac for workplace totals, rac for residence totals, and od for origin-destination totals. Keep the year, state and jobType consistent when comparing exports. maxResults limits returned geography records.

Pricing and limits

Standard pay-per-event pricing is USD 0.00005 per start at the configured memory plus USD 0.001 per dataset row. Ten rows cost USD 0.01005 in Actor charges. Check the Store pricing tab for your subscription tier. Set maxResults and Apify’s maximum charge before running; there is no schedule created by this Actor.

Empty results and troubleshooting

This is a bounded subset of the selected file, not a nationwide total. Missing files and file-size violations fail explicitly. Do not sum overlapping job types or infer individual workers from geography aggregates.

For support, open the Actor’s Issues tab with the input filters, error code and run ID. Remove tokens and private information. Do not publish credentials or patient/contact data.
