• Profile: charged per profile.
• Spotlight, highlight or story: charged per Spotlight video, highlight or current Story (a Story with 150 snaps is one record).

No start fee. Usernames that do not exist or are private are reported as error records and are not charged.

Tips and limits

• Only public profiles (creators, public figures, businesses) have a web page; private personal accounts return an error.
• Snapchat's profile page shows up to 16 Spotlight videos and the saved highlights; the actor saves what the page shows.
• Media URLs are signed by Snapchat and stay valid for a limited time; download them soon after the run.

Do I need a Snapchat account? No.

Can I get followers of an account? No, Snapchat does not show follower lists publicly.
