New Business Leads: Fresh Seattle Business Licenses + Phone

Every business that just opened in Seattle, with its business phone number: salons, therapists, contractors, cafés, shops and studios. Call them in their first weeks for about 2¢ each.

The Actor pulls from the City of Seattle's official business license tax certificate records. It filters on the license start date, which the city defines as the date the business opened in Seattle, so you get new businesses only: about 450 a month, roughly 300 with a Seattle address. Almost every lead includes a phone number, plus the trade name, legal or owner name, ownership type (LLC, sole proprietor, corporation), NAICS industry, address and opening date.

👉 Try it free: new Apify accounts get $5 of free credit every month.

FAQ

Where does the data come from? The "Active Business License Tax Certificate" dataset on data.seattle.gov, published by the Department of Finance and Administrative Services and updated daily. How do you know it's a new business? The city records a license start date, defined as the date the business opened in Seattle. Renewals keep their original start date, so they never show up as new. Are the phone numbers real? They are the business phone numbers that owners gave the city. Follow your local telemarketing rules (TCPA/DNC) when you call.
