            "content": "Very disappointing stay. Rooms did not match the photos advertised (clear misrepresentation). Bathrooms outdated and unhygienic. Our room was infested with ants and staff failed to resolve it properly. Management response was dismissive (“you are not hostages”). Overall, poor maintenance, slow lifts, substandard facilities — nowhere near 4-star quality. Would not recommend.",
