Scrape app reviews from Google Play and the Apple App Store in one run, in one clean format: rating, title, review text, date, app version, helpful votes, developer reply and a sentiment label. For example, 10,000 reviews cost about $1.50–2.00. Reviews skipped by filters are not charged, and reviews already returned are not charged again when Only new reviews is on.

Limits

• App Store: Apple publishes the most recent 500 reviews per app and country. Add more countries to get more reviews.
• Google Play: thousands of reviews per app and country. Very large apps are capped by Max. reviews. With strict filters, the actor scans up to 30× Max. reviews (at least 3,000) per app and country, so runs stay fast.
• Developer replies are only published by Google Play. Apple's public review feed has no replies.

FAQ

Is it legal? The actor collects publicly visible reviews. Handle reviewer names according to GDPR and the stores' terms.

Something broke? Open an issue with the run ID and it will be fixed quickly.
