What does Bazos.cz Scraper do?

Bazos is deliberately old-school HTML, and that makes it one of the fastest and most stable sources available: no JavaScript rendering, no anti-bot wall, no API key.

Each section is its own subdomain — property, cars, electronics, phones, jobs — and this Actor takes the section and the category path as inputs, so one Actor covers the whole site.

Two formatting quirks are handled explicitly. The posting date is folded into the heading line as title - [8.8. 2026], so it is split off instead of being left glued to the title. And the locality cell runs town and postcode together with no separator — Svitavy570 01 — which is split into town and postcode columns so results can be grouped by region.

The view counter is included too, which is a useful demand signal: a flat with 2 000 views and no price change has been sitting.

Notes and limits

• Bazos is a private-seller site, so listings are written informally and quality varies.
• Some ads omit a price entirely; those rows keep priceAmount as null rather than zero.
• Prices are asking prices, not transaction prices.
• Seller phone numbers sit behind a click on the listing page; this Actor returns the listing URL rather than dialling through.
• You are responsible for how you use listing and seller data, including under GDPR.

Do I need a Bazos account? No. Listings are public and this Actor needs nothing from you.

Can I scrape cars as well as property? Yes — every Bazos section is available through the section dropdown.

Why is the postcode a separate field? Because Bazos prints it joined to the town name; splitting it is what makes regional grouping possible.

What is the view count for? It shows how much attention a listing has had — high views with no sale often signals an overpriced ad.
