Error in make HTTP Request from Apify Scraper
Closed
Hey there i am having this problem in make.com
I sent request to support and this is what they told me
================================================== Hi there,
I'm Alejandra and will follow up on my colleague John's case.
I reviewed your scenario, and it seems that Cloudflare usually displays this response as a protection page. This indicates that some changes may have been made to the URLs, resulting in protection measures that prevent the use of standard HTTP methods in these situations.
I would recommend checking with Apify to request that they disable this step if you need to get the file with the HTTP module.

I"m not really following. What is the exact error you're getting? Is this something specific to this scraper or to all actors on Apify?

when i am downloading the IG story link using an HTTP GET module the output file is wrong Suppose the scraped media is a mp4 then it is written in html
Below is the first message the support of make.com told me
''Thank you for getting in touch with us! My name is John, and I'm here from the Make Customer Care team. I'm delighted to assist you today!
On this sample execution link, it appears that the the HTTP module is experiencing a 403 error which means a permissions error. The media URL should be publicly accessible, else it will produce that error which messes up the output. If it needs to be downloaded with auth parameters, please use the HTTP - Make a Request module. For more information, please check that app's API documentation for the correct auth and request parameters.''

I think I'm understanding the issue. When you manually click on the link are you then able to view the story?

the link is working normaly from the scraper if i click on it but when i want to use make.com and download that link to have the story offline then it is wrong format like this when it should like a normal

I've updated the scraper to output the native Instagram images and videos, instead of proxied ones. I think this should solve the issue. Can you verify this?
