Receiving this error very frequently when trigged through n8n and from the Apify UI.

Hi,

Thank you for flagging this. The recent build was pushed without environment-variable configuration, which caused the actor to attempt writing to a dataset you don’t have access to. We’ve corrected the environment variables and deployed the proper build now.

Could you please try running the actor again? It should work correctly this time. Let me know if you run into any other issues.

Hope this helps!

Hi Matej,

Thank you for looking into this. The issue I originally reported seems to be resolved. However, the actor is no longer scraping emails, facebooks, etc. from websites it finds from Google Maps. I just did a run with 1,327 results and none of the results had any data on emails or social media it should have found on the website. There definitely should have been data found for many of these, and I even manually checked some of the websites myself to make sure.

I tested again with a smaller run, and it gave me the same result.

Can you please look into this?

Thank you!

Hi,

Thanks for your patience and for letting us know. You’re right—the actor wasn’t picking up emails or social links because of a secondary bug we discovered. We’ve just released a hotfix that addresses this issue; the actor should work now as expected, without any issues.

I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Please try another run when you have a moment, and let me know if everything looks good on your end.

Hope this helps!

It appears to be picking up social links now but still not emails. Here is the run ID for a test run I just did: C4DbLkKeYafQzoSHR

Hi,

It seems there are no emails for the given websites that you used on input. For other runs, the actor is working and picks up emails as well. The issue is no longer on the actor side.

Hope this explains it and helps!
