It's not fetching any results for Portugal/Porto

I tried using Porto/Portugal filters and also search URL. None of them fetched any results.

Yes, I was using a residential proxy. Is it a problem?

Update: After I changed proxy to Portugal it started to fetch results! Maybe that was the problem, thanks for helping out.
