Alibaba Products Scraper: Price Tiers & Suppliers

Get the products of any Alibaba.com search with their price tiers by quantity in US dollars on every row, the minimum order, ratings, Verified and Trade Assurance marks, and the supplier: staff, factory size, certifications, response rate and export markets. Turn on product pages to add option prices, the full attributes table, lead times, certificates, the Guaranteed mark and the supplier's revenue and contact, at the same price per product. No Alibaba account, login or cookies needed.

Tested daily. Latest checks: 4,298 products from one search in 7 minutes, 379 from a narrower one read until Alibaba's results ended, and 51 products with their product pages in under a minute.

What does this Actor do?

You give it search terms (the words you would type in Alibaba's search box), links to Alibaba search results or showroom pages, or links to products. For each search it reads the results one page after another, as you would by clicking "Next", and saves one row per product until it reaches your limit or Alibaba's results end. Sponsored products are kept and marked.

Each row comes with:

• The product: id, link, title, pictures, whether it has a video, its category and the attributes the results show.
• Price and order: the price or price range, its lowest and highest amounts in US dollars, the price for each quantity range (e.g. 2–99 pieces at $6.72, 100+ at $6.20), a promotion price, discount and dates, the minimum order quantity and unit, and shipping and delivery where Alibaba shows them.
• Sales and ratings: the number sold where shown, the product's score, review score and count, shipping and supplier-service scores, and the review tags buyers picked most ("Good quality (12)").
• Marks: Verified, Verified Pro, Gold supplier, Trade Assurance, Easy Return, Ready to Ship, and the product's certifications (CE, FCC, RoHS…).
• The supplier: id, name, logo, country, years on Alibaba, staff count, factory size, main products, company certifications (ISO…) and who inspected them, response rate and time, export markets, past transactions, and its store, profile and product list links.
• Where it was found: the search, the page, the place in the results, and Alibaba's own result count.

With Include product page details on, each row also gets, from the product's own page:

• Each option's price (each color or size) where the product is priced by option (otherwise its options share the quantity tiers), and the full price tiers with promotion prices, in US dollars.
• The product: its category path, key attributes and the full attributes table, the option lists with pictures, customization options, full-size pictures, videos, package size and weight, place of dispatch, lead time per order size, certificates with their numbers and issuers, protections, the Alibaba Guaranteed mark and its benefits, ranking and promotion.
• The supplier's profile: business type, staff range, assessment and Gold Plus marks, on-time delivery rate, revenue and orders of the last six months, the Trade Assurance limit, complaints, store rating and review count, ratings for service, shipping and quality, capabilities, the login id, and the contact's name, job title and picture.

A product link always comes with its product page's details.

Why use it?

• Price tiers on every row, not only with an add-on. Each product's quantity prices come with the search results, at the base price.
• Product pages at the same price. One switch adds each product's page: options, attributes and the supplier's profile. No second tool and no second list of links.
• Every filter Alibaba's search offers, as plain settings: Trade Assurance, Verified, Verified Pro, Guaranteed, supplier rating, supplier country, price range and maximum minimum order, sorted by relevance or sales. Or paste a results link with the filters already picked.
• Product links too. Paste the products you track and get each one's current tiers, options and supplier.

How to use it

1. Type your search terms, or paste Alibaba search, showroom or product links.
2. Pick filters and a sort order if you want them, and how many products each search may save.
3. Turn on Include product page details if you need option prices, attributes and the supplier's profile.
4. Click Start, then download the rows as JSON, CSV or Excel.

Without product page details, details_read is false and every field from price_usd_min on is null. With them, the product page's price tiers, attributes, sold count and category replace the results' ones. A product link's row has no search fields (search_term, page, position…) and no results-only scores.

How much does it cost?

No surcharges and no paid options; an item that fails is not charged.

This Actor is priced per product saved:

• $1.50 per 1,000 products ($0.0015 a product), with or without product page details. Ads and regular products cost the same. Each is charged once per run.
• No start fee, and nothing per search or per product page.

So 1,000 products cost $1.50. If you set a maximum cost for a run, the Actor stops when it reaches it and keeps every product saved so far.

How long does a run take?

About 16 seconds for the first 100 products of a search, about 7 minutes for 4,300 products from one search, and under a second per product with product page details (51 products in 35 seconds).

Good to know

• A search ends where Alibaba's results end, or at the 100th page (48 products a page, 4,800 products). To reach more, split a search into narrower ones: more specific words, or filters.
• results_total is Alibaba's own count, and it is rough: it changes from page to page and can be far above what the pages list.
• Prices are in US dollars, in the results and on the product pages.
• Not every product has every number. The number sold, promotions, shipping, staff and factory size are empty where Alibaba shows none.
• A product found by two searches is saved and charged once, under the search that reached it first.
• With product page details on, a product whose page cannot be read is not saved, and not charged: its row would lack what you asked for.
• Check your links first. A link that is not an Alibaba search, showroom or product link stops the run before anything is read, and the message names it. Searches are read on Alibaba's English site, so a search link from a language site (spanish.alibaba.com) is refused; its product links work.
• One search that cannot be read does not stop the run. The others carry on, and the run's status lists the searches that could not be read.
• It does not read review texts, the product description or the supplier's whole catalogue.

Do I need an Alibaba account or cookies? No. The Actor reads what anyone can see on Alibaba.com without logging in.

Can I get only ads or only regular products? Every product is kept and marked with sponsored, so you can filter the dataset later.

Do product page details cost more? No. A product costs the same with or without its product page; the run takes longer.
