Trustpilot Business Finder builds B2B lead lists from Trustpilot. Pick categories (Banks, Pet Stores, Solar, Software…) or search by keyword, choose a country, and get every matching business with its email, phone, website, full address, TrustScore and review count. Filter to exactly the leads you want: low-rated businesses, small businesses, claimed profiles only, or only those with an email.

What does Trustpilot Business Finder do?

Trustpilot lists hundreds of thousands of businesses organised into categories, and many publish contact details on their profile. This Actor walks any category or keyword search and returns one clean row per business with:

• Contact details: website, email, phone, street address, city, ZIP code and country, where the business lists them.
• Reputation: TrustScore, star rating and number of reviews.
• Classification: primary category and all categories.

It can then filter the list by TrustScore range, review count, claimed status, or presence of email, phone or website, so you only pay for leads you can use.

On the Apify platform you also get API access, scheduling, integrations (Google Sheets, HubSpot via Zapier/Make, Slack, webhooks) and run monitoring.

How to find businesses on Trustpilot

1. Open the Actor and go to the Input tab.
2. Add Categories by name (Bank, Pet Stores, Animals & Pets) or link, and/or Search keywords.
3. Set the Country (e.g. US, GB, DE), or leave it empty for all countries.
4. Optionally add filters: TrustScore range, review count, claimed only, must have email / phone / website.
5. Click Start, then open the Output tab or export to CSV / Excel for your CRM.

Output data fields

How many results will I get?

One row per business, up to Max businesses per category / keyword for each source. A business found by two sources appears once. Filtered-out businesses aren't returned or counted.

Tips

• Low-rated leads: set Maximum TrustScore to 2.5 or 3.0 with Must have email. Low-rated businesses are usually listed further down a category, so these runs take longer: the Actor reads through the category until it finds enough matches.
• Top performers: choose Minimum TrustScore 4.5, sort by Most reviews, and set a Minimum reviews value.
• Small businesses: set Maximum reviews (e.g. 100).
• Find category names: open any Trustpilot category page. The name at the end of the link (e.g. /categories/pet_stores) works as input, and so does the display name (Pet Stores).

FAQ

Why do some businesses have no email or phone? Businesses choose what to publish on Trustpilot. Use the Must have filters to get only contactable leads.

Is this legal? The Actor only collects publicly listed business information. You're responsible for following email-marketing and data-protection rules (e.g. CAN-SPAM, GDPR) when contacting leads.
