Travelers' Choice Award scrape issue

I wanted to crape some information (including the 2024 Travelers' Choice Award) of this hotel: https://www.tripadvisor.com/Hotel_Review-g187870-d194297-Reviews-Hotel_Cipriani_A_Belmond_Hotel_Venice-Venice_Veneto.html
However, once I scraped, it gave me a blank field for the Traveler's Choice Award which was actually received by the hotel in 2024

Also, forgot to add that the scraped price range is incorrect. It scraped "€1,575-€3,596", but actually it is specified on the TripAdvisor webpage of the hotel that the price range is 1.601 € - 3.614 €
Hi, thanks for opening this issue and reporting this bug!
This is something that breaks quite often, because of changes on the website... We will fix it and make sure to add some automated tests to notify us when these break :)
The price range is something that also fails a lot, unlike the travelerChoiceAward, the data fallbacks to a value taken from a different source, but as you can see, it's not very reliable. We will fix that as well.
